Stay254 is a Kenya marketplace for stays, rentals, lodgings, event venues, and park and chill locations. It connects customers and hosts. It is not the owner of the properties listed.

During this launch, listing is free. That offer ends on the date set by Stay254. It does not continue forever, and it does not turn into a charge by itself.

Online M-Pesa and card payments are not available. Stay254 does not hold customer money and is not an escrow service. Do not send money to someone who says they are collecting it for Stay254.

Hosts must describe the place honestly. Customers can report a listing. A viewing request is a request, not a paid booking. The host can accept, decline, or propose another time.

Founding Host means the person joined during the launch. It does not mean Stay254 has inspected the property.

A future cancellation fee, service fee, or commission is not charged now. Those amounts will be shown before any payment exists. These terms should be reviewed by a lawyer before a wide launch.
